1 lb Green Turmeric Root

Freshly dug green turmeric root. A more rare variety of turmeric.

The color is vibrant and incredible! Green flesh with a blue outline. The taste is more herbaceous and minty than the regular curry kind of earthy gold turmeric. It has its own set of curcuminoids and has different plant nutrients than the gold. It is high in antioxidants, antibacterial, antiinflamatory, circulatory supportive, digestive soothing, and more!

You can use this in cold pressed juices, smoothies, tea, healing concoctions, and whatever else you'd like.
