Join us on November 8th from 4-8 pm for an immersive farm-to-table dinner set on the lush grounds of Golden Garden, a regenerative turmeric farm. 

Under the creative direction of artist Brooke Pienaar and Farmer-Chef Ange Heese, this evening is a melding of worlds- where art, food, and community come together in harmony. A locally sourced, season-inspired meal will be served at a shared table where stories, flavors, and connections unfold beneath the open sky.

A note from Ange ~ I will be partnering with two of my most talented chef friends, Kathy Maxwell @fullheartfreespirit and Lisa Clark @onearthwithlisa.. We all share an extreme passion for creating the most magical food. We live and love to nourish others (and ourselves of course). Our main focus- seasonal, local, nutritious, and mind blowingly delicious. We are well versed in the kitchen and can cater to truly any dietary needs or restrictions. Please feel free to send us a message if there are any concerns or questions. 

This specific farm to table dinner event will feature fruits, roots, pumpkins, greens, turmeric, honey and more from my own farm. We will also be using  produce, sourdough, and goat cheese from one of my best friends, Summer Brown @goatislandfarm, the best booch from Noli South Kombucha, sustainably raised meats from local farmers, local raw dairy, and so much more. Every single thing will be fully from scratch and completely organic, as locally sourced as possible, and fully made with love. There will be no seed oils, no fake ingredients, no corners cut, and only the best ingredients.  As a teaser, (know this is not a comprehensive menu as we will be creating a wide array of tasty creations not mentioned in this description ;) ) we will have delicious and creative cocktails and mocktails, the freshest sourdough bread with all of the local and delicious toppings you can think of, a huge freshly harvested fall salad, with a classic yet elevated main course featuring the best ground waygu I have ever tasted, raised just 1.3 miles from Golden Garden :) (vegetarian/vegan option also available). An incredible dessert featuring pears from my abundant pear tree as well as some homemade ice cream. We of course will have incredible sauces and toppings paired with these dishes. We are so excited to get to do this and share it with you!
